Job summary

NFU Mutual in Cheshunt is seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our local agency. In this full-time role you will handle customer enquiries, process policy changes and spot opportunities for growth, while delivering a proactive, friendly service.

You will need good communication, IT skills and ideally experience in Insurance or Financial Services; GCSEs at grade C in Maths and English; the ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance/Financial Services preferred but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems, products and processes.

• Handle enquiries and process insurance policy changes with a proactive approach.
• Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to sales within the agency.
