Job summary

NFU Mutual Lisburn & Banbridge is seeking an Insurance Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service while meeting targets. The role covers Commercial & Personal Lines and involves handling policy changes, documentation, and customer data accuracy.

You will review existing policies, identify growth opportunities, and work with colleagues to maintain strong relationships. A progressive salary, training support, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English (minimum grade C).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation and disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and changes to insurance policies and process paperwork.
• Conduct insurance reviews with existing customers and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive new business growth by converting commercial, motor and personal insurance opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure accurate, efficient processes.
