Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Account Executive to join our Glasgow team. You will manage your own book of business, build strong client relationships, and negotiate terms with insurers to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You’ll drive revenue growth through cross-selling and new-business development while collaborating with colleagues to provide market insights and exceptional service. UK work eligibility and travel as required are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Executive or Account Director in insurance or risk management.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of general insurance products and markets, including London Market/Lloyd’s.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through cross-selling and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships and manage a growing book of business.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and negotiate terms with insurers and clients.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and win new business in Glasgow.
• Collaborate with Account Handlers and Brokers to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Provide market insights and risk guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
