Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our Glasgow office. Lead and grow your own book of business, build strong client relationships, and negotiate tailored insurance solutions with a global leader in risk management and consulting services.

You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on delivering outstanding client service, cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or Account Director.
• Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII) or working towards it.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products, services and classes, plus knowledge of London Market/Lloyd’s.
• Detail oriented with excellent administrative skills and accuracy.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding client service and building lasting relationships.
• Proactive, driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK and open to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships and manage a growing book of business.
• Negotiate terms and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue in the Glasgow market.
