Job summary

• General knowledge of insurance products, services and classes.
• Experience in transport sector (coach/bus and/or haulage) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Renewal process management for clients and terms discussion.
• Grow and protect your book of business by identifying new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers to secure competitive terms.
• Visit clients as needed to showcase interpersonal skills and service.
• Handle account queries and credit control matters with timely resolution.
