You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and work with technical specialists to deliver consultative sales solutions, while contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development, Technical Sales or Account Management.
• Experience selling into the engineering, construction, HVAC or building services sectors.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, research and proactive outreach.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Work closely with technical and marketing teams to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity.
• Analyse market trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
