Job summary

Advanced Technical Recruitment seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage distributors selling service tools and gas analysis systems to refrigeration, air conditioning, automotive and automation manufacturers in the UK and across EMEA. You will establish strong relationships with distributors and resellers to grow sales and secure key accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years of experience selling to distributors, resellers and trade

Qualifications

• Qualified to a min of a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline and at least 2 years experience selling to and managing distributors, resellers and trade counters.
• Must be resident in the UK and eligible to live and work in the UK without sponsorship; copies of passports and visas may be requested for verification.
• Must hold a full clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage distributors across the UK and across EMEA; build strong working relationships to grow sales.
• Ensure distributors / resellers / trade counters fully understand products and applications and stay updated on upgrades and new introductions.
• Manage CRM systems and paper-work efficiently to support the sales process and targets.
• Drive strategic account growth and protect key distributor relationships across multiple channels.

Job description

We are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage distributors selling a range of service tools and gas analysis systems to refrigeration, air conditioning, automotive and automation manufacturers.

Managing distributors across the UK and EMEA, you will establish strong working relationships with the aim of increasing sales.

Ensuring your distributors / resellers / trade counters fully understand the products and applications, you will keep them up to date with upgrades and introductions of new products.

Candidates must be comfortable with the paperwork and ideally familiar with CRM systems, as well as enjoying the sales activities.

Experience and Qualifications
