Johnson Controls in Sunbury-on-Thames is seeking a Dispatcher/Planner to coordinate engineer appointments and support customers throughout their journey. You will work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and will receive full training to succeed in the role.

Office-based, Monday to Friday, with relocation to Weybridge planned in the near future. This role suits someone who enjoys being organised, collaborative, and making a behind-the-scenes impact.

Qualifications

• Positive, approachable, and enjoys building relationships.
• Organised, proactive, and communicates with customers and colleagues by phone, email, and other channels.
• Willingness to learn and work well as part of a team.
• Experience in an office-based environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Dispatch engineers to customer appointments on time.
• Balance workloads and keep engineer diaries productive and supported.
• Coordinate customer visits from start to finish, planning ahead and staying on track.
• Work with engineers and managers to solve problems quickly and keep customers informed.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and follow-up visits so engineers stay focused on the job.
