You will coordinate schedules, plan workloads, and ensure customer appointments stay on track, working closely with Field Line Managers to resolve issues before they affect customers.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident with computers and quick to learn new systems.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable making calls.
• Experience in scheduling, planning or coordinating workloads is a plus.
• Knowledge of security or engineering industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch engineers to customer appointments, ensuring correct assignments.
• Balance workloads and keep engineer diaries productive.
• Coordinate customer visits from start to finish and confirm details.
• Respond to enquiries and provide updates for a positive customer experience.
• Support the team by coordinating schedules, materials and follow-up visits.
