Job summary

Sharmans Cross Junior School in Solihull is seeking an outstanding SENDCo to lead and develop inclusive SEND provision, focusing on identification, intervention and collaboration with families and external agencies.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, lead effective practice and ensure high-quality provision for all pupils. Enhanced DBS and safeguarding are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SEND provision in a primary school setting.
