Job summary

Elementa is seeking a passionate PSHE/RSHE Teacher to support students with SEMH needs and complex SEND across four sites in Somerset & North Somerset. The role requires QTS and experience delivering PSHE in SEND or secondary settings.

You will plan structured, engaging lessons aligned to EHCPs, differentiate for diverse learners and collaborate with staff, parents and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience delivering PSHE in SEND, specialist, or secondary settings.
• Strong PSHE knowledge including wellbeing, relationships, personal development, independence and life skills.
• Ability to plan engaging, structured lessons that meet diverse learning needs and EHCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging PSHE lessons across SEND/secondary settings.
• Differentiate instruction to meet EHCP requirements.
• Maintain calm classroom environment with strong behaviour management.
