Job summary

Elementa is seeking a passionate PSHE/RSHE Teacher to support students with SEMH and complex SEND across four sites in Somerset and North Somerset. You will hold QTS and deliver PSHE with strong subject knowledge, focusing on wellbeing, relationships, personal development, independence and life skills.

You will plan engaging, structured lessons, differentiate to meet EHCP requirements, and work with staff, parents and external professionals to enable every student to thrive.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Experience delivering PSHE within a SEND, SEMH, or secondary setting.
• Strong knowledge of PSHE topics including emotional wellbeing, relationships, development, independence and life skills.
• Ability to differentiate and adapt lessons to meet EHCP requirements and diverse learners.
