Job summary

Elementa Support Services is recruiting a PSHE/RSHE Teacher to work across four sites in Somerset & North Somerset. The role demands experience with SEMH/SEND learners, a QTS, and the ability to deliver structured PSHE lessons addressing wellbeing, relationships and life skills.

You will plan differentiated lessons aligned with EHCP requirements, fostering an inclusive classroom and strong pupil progress. ASAP start, full-time hours, temp-perm contract with PAYE payroll.

Qualifications

• QTS required with PSHE experience in SEND or secondary setting.
• Strong knowledge across PSHE curriculum including wellbeing, relationships, personal development, independence, and life skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons meeting EHCP requirements.
• Calm, nurturing practitioner with excellent behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging PSHE lessons for SEMH/SEND students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and EHCP requirements.
• Build positive relationships and manage behaviour in the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support progression.
