Potens UK is seeking a highly motivated Registered Manager to lead the Chester Road service, ensuring outstanding, person-centred support. You will lead a dedicated team, champion quality, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high CIW standards and progressing NAS accreditation.

This is a 40-hour-per-week, on-site role with a strong leadership focus. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated social care, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a regulated social care service.
• Willing to work towards the required management qualification.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Track record of achieving positive inspection outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of the service.
• Maintain and enhance CIW standards and NAS accreditation progress.
