Potens Group seeks an exceptional Registered Manager for the Chester Road service in Wales. The role leads a well-established, person-centred team with two Excellent CIW ratings and NAS accreditation progression, driving quality, innovation and best practice. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
You will provide inspirational leadership, champion compliance, and deliver outstanding, person-centred support while managing staff, budgets and occupancy with care and professionalism.
We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our Chester Road service and build on its outstanding success.
Chester Road is a well-established, person-centred service with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality support and achieving positive outcomes for the people we support. Following a recent inspection, the service was awarded two Excellent ratings by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), reflecting the commitment, professionalism, and dedication of the team.
The service is also currently working towards National Autistic Society (NAS) Accreditation, making this an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and forward-thinking leader to further develop and enhance quality, innovation, and best practice.
As Registered Manager, you will provide visible, inspirational leadership and be responsible for ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding, person-centred support. You will lead a dedicated team, champion quality and compliance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the high standards already achieved.
