Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a passionate Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in South Manchester. You will plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons that engage pupils and support their academic, social and emotional development.

Whether an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will collaborate with the school team to establish a positive classroom environment that encourages high standards of learning and pupil wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have primary teaching experience.
• Ability to plan and deliver creative, inclusive lessons.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate lessons to meet all pupils' needs.
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback.
• Support pupil wellbeing and promote high expectations.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and support staff.
• Maintain records of pupil progress and contribute to planning.
• Engage with parents/carers and contribute to school life.
