Responsibilities

• Plan and design kitchens for customers in initial and follow-up appointments with accurate plans.
• Identify customer needs and advise on suitable kitchen solutions.
• Support sales by keeping the showroom clean, well presented and easy to shop.
• Respond to customer emails and assist with payments in-store and remotely.
• Communicate with customers via email, text, and calls from pre-appointment to purchase.
• Assist with additional kitchen enquiries and ensure products are available and priced.
