Job summary

IKEA Southampton is seeking Sales Assistants to join a delightful, friendly team. You’ll help customers find inspiration and solutions for their homes, maintain attractive, well-stocked areas, and ensure the store is welcoming.

Depending on the department, you may share product knowledge, assist purchases, replenish stock, and create inspiring room settings. You’ll contribute to a positive shopping experience for every customer and play a key role in bringing the IKEA experience to life.

Responsibilities

• Provide an inspirational shopping experience by actively approaching customers and advising on best home solutions.
• Show enthusiasm for the range and knowledge of product stories and design.
• Support maximising sales by keeping your area clean, stocked, and properly priced; some products may involve heavy lifting.
