Job summary

Oasis Academy Warndon is seeking an experienced HLTA to support learning across the primary range. You will deliver planned lessons, create engaging environments and help pupils reach their academic and social potential.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Experience across the primary age range.
• Passion for supporting children to succeed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour.
• Ability to lead whole-class learning while working well in a team.
• Commitment to inclusion, equality and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across year groups following planning.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils to achieve academic, social and emotional potential.
• Assess learning and provide feedback in line with academy expectations.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure excellent pupil outcomes.
• Promote high standards of safeguarding and behaviour.
