Job summary

Hillcroft Primary School is seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working closely with the Headteacher and teaching staff to help every child thrive.

You will deliver engaging planned lessons, support pupils with diverse learning needs, and contribute to classroom planning, resource preparation, pupil records and safeguarding, in a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• HLTA qualification or willingness to undertake.
• Experience supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes.
• Ability to adapt and deliver engaging learning strategies.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prepare resources and maintain pupil records.
• Good communication with colleagues, children and parents.
• Commitment to safeguarding and high professional standards.

Responsibilities
