Job summary

Oasis Academy Parkwood is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and support learning across all year groups. This whole-school PPA role offers variety, leadership of sessions, and close collaboration with teachers to plan engaging lessons.

You will lead learning for classes, small groups and individuals, deliver interventions, provide clear feedback, and help track progress. A Level 3 TA or HLTA qualification and strong safeguarding commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a TA or HLTA with strong classroom practice.
• Ability to lead learning and manage whole classes.
• Committed to safeguarding and wellbeing of pupils.
