Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting an Experienced HLTA for a primary school in LS25, Leeds. You will support teaching and learning across the curriculum and lead class sessions when needed.

The ideal candidate holds HLTA status or has substantial classroom experience, with strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and excellent behaviour management skills. You will work both independently and as part of a team to raise attainment and pupil wellbeing.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or substantial classroom experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and learning objectives.
• Proven ability to support pupils with varied needs and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-class teaching sessions when required.
• Deliver intervention programmes to small groups and individuals.
• Support children with additional learning needs across lessons.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor pupil progress and achievement.
• Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
