Job summary

Vitality is seeking an experienced Digital Analyst on a 12‑month fixed term contract to lead analytics across UK digital estate, including vitality.co.uk and online quote journeys. You will own GA4 tracking, GTM implementation, and Looker Studio reporting, delivering insights to shape product and marketing roadmaps.

You will collaborate with product teams to generate data‑driven recommendations, identify experiments, and ensure data quality across platforms.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Google Analytics 4 and tagging frameworks.
Hands-on experience with GTM, data layers, and data quality.
Proven ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to analyse digital performance across UK digital estate.
Identify product opportunities, problems, and experiments for optimisation.
Provide actionable data-driven recommendations to support prioritisation and roadmap decisions.
Troubleshoot tagging, implementation, and data quality issues with analytics/tech teams.
Maintain and governance of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 360 accounts.
Present data through dashboards and visualisations to inform decisions.
