Job summary

Tate is seeking an Internal Sales Support to join a close-knit team in a lively office environment. You will build lasting customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and support order processing for stock and bespoke materials for UK trade customers.

In a fast-paced role, you will collaborate with the external sales team and warehouse to ensure timely dispatch, handle inquiries by phone and email, and help achieve team KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or internal sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and cross-sell products.
• Support sales activity and incentives, share leads with colleagues.
• Work with external sales team to relay information and insights.
• Contribute to KPIs and sales targets.
• Process orders, quotations, returns and related docs accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide pricing, availability and delivery times information.
• Resolve queries and complaints professionally.
