Job summary

Surtio in London is seeking a Sales Support professional to act as the linchpin for the sales team. You will independently create offers, enter and process orders, and answer customer inquiries by phone, supporting showroom sales and maintaining project and customer data.

The role requires excellent communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of Bene Sales net and margins in contract furniture is a plus; a bonus scheme applies.

Responsibilities

• Support sales managers in all sales-related matters.
• Create offers, enter, and process orders independently using Bene systems.
• Support customers via phone, handling inquiries and providing aftercare.
• Create plans, presentations, and design concepts for customers.
• Assist with showroom sales and maintain project and customer data in IT systems.
• Clarify logistics and installation conditions; optimize margins by correct processing of standard and special solutions.
