Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or internal sales is beneficial.
• B2B sales or service background is valuable.
• Strong IT and MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive long-term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Proactively support sales activity and incentives.
• Share leads and insights with external sales team.
• Contribute to KPIs and sales targets.
• Process orders, quotations, returns and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Provide pricing, availability and delivery times.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
