Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers throughout the sales cycle from enquiry to order fulfilment.
• Prepare accurate quotations in line with pricing guidelines.
• Maintain CRM accuracy with customer and sales activity records.
• Track orders and provide proactive updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner.
