Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for STR in London to manage the full sales lifecycle, nurture hotel clients, and drive subscriptions to STR’s benchmarking analytics suite.

You will engage with clients remotely and in-person, conduct product demos, and renew contracts while hitting KPIs in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and client value.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven inside sales or business development experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills and credibility remotely.
• Consultative selling mindset with a client-first approach.
• Ability to handle high outbound activity and consistent follow-up.
• Experience selling B2B data, analytics, SaaS or online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and subscriptions with hotel owners/operators.
• Manage, retain, and grow client relationships and value.
• Negotiate and renew client contracts.
• Deliver product demos and onboard/train clients on STR products.
• Accurately log activities and client information in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics.
