Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for STR in London. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, sell STR’s benchmarking and analytics solutions, onboard and retain clients, and drive subscription value within a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and a consultative selling approach across the hotel industry, with a focus on delivering long-term client value and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience in inside sales, telephone sales or business development.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport remotely.
• Consultative selling mindset to help customers solve business challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to make a high volume of outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Experience qualifying leads and identifying customer needs.
• Comfortable working to KPIs and sales targets in a structured environment.
• Experience selling B2B solutions, data, analytics, SaaS or online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunity subscriptions with hotel owners and operators
• Manage, retain, and develop client relationships, increasing data, product engagement and subscription value
• Negotiate and renew client contracts
• Product demos to onboard and educate clients on STR’s products
• Accurately track all activities and client information in CoStar’s CRM
• Meet or exceed sales and activity targets
