Job summary

CoStar Group in London is seeking a Product Support Associate to deliver excellent service to STR customers worldwide by phone or email. You will work cross-functionally to resolve inquiries and become a SME on benchmarking and STR products.

You will maintain records in multiple systems, support training for clients, and help teams translate feedback into improved service while thriving in a fast-paced environment within our hospitality data leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience using a CRM system and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and services to resolve client questions or concerns.
• Understand client issues and provide timely, comprehensive solutions.
• Support customers across hospitality, hostels, short-term rentals, serviced apartments, partners, tourism bureaus, and real estate.
• Maintain customer records by updating account/subscription information in systems.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on Benchmarking and STR legacy products to educate clients.
• Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide training to customers on product usage and methodology.
• Inform managers of client feedback and actions for future improvements.
