Job summary

STR, a CoStar Group company, is seeking a London-based Analyst to support international forecasting efforts and produce quarterly hotel performance forecasts with strong narrative insights. You will collaborate with global teams and external partners to analyze market conditions and demand drivers across time zones.

The role requires solid data analysis, visualization, and storytelling skills, plus excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related work experience, or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Power BI and SSMS familiarity preferred.
• Data analysis, visualization and storytelling abilities.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support international forecasting efforts with data-driven analysis.
• Produce quarterly hotel performance forecasts and narrative insights.
