Job summary

CoStar Group in London is seeking a Product Support Associate to deliver excellent service via phone and email for STR customers worldwide. You will work with multiple departments to ensure inquiries are fully resolved and become a subject matter expert on benchmarking and STR legacy offerings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in customer-facing roles, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM and case management tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Knowledge of a CRM system and case management tools.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide product or website support via phone and/or email.
• Maintain and update customer records in systems.
• Educate clients on STR products and services.
• Work with multiple departments to resolve inquiries promptly.
• Provide training to customers on product usage and methodology.
