P+S Personnel are seeking an Internal Sales Person for a full-time, permanent position based in Great Yarmouth. The role focuses on client account management, responding to queries, and driving business development while promoting products to customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy, confident telephone manners, and solid MS Office skills. This position offers a pension and various wellbeing benefits, with Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Client account management; be the key contact for clients.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Carry out business development for the supply of the business as required.
• Promote our products to customers and identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Place purchase orders, updating stock system and ensure administration is kept up to date.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
• Additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
