Job summary

P+S Personnel are seeking an Internal Sales Person to join their team in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the key contact for clients, manage accounts and respond to queries promptly.

The role involves business development, promoting products, gathering client feedback and supporting operations with order processing. A strong numeracy and confident telephone manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and presentation skills.
• Assured confident telephone manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Hold responsibility for client account management and act as key contact for clients.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Carry out business development for supply of the business where required.
• Promote products to customers and identify improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends.
• Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Place purchase orders, update stock system and maintain up-to-date administration.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Perform additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet business needs.
