Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with telesales or internal sales experience who enjoys building relationships, managing customer enquiries and working towards sales targets.

The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails with customers
• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts
• Providing customers with product, pricing and availability information
• Preparing and following up on quotations to convert opportunities into sales
• Processing customer enquiries and sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Managing web-based enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service
• Working closely with internal Sales, Purchasing and Customer Service teams
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and availability
• Following up on outstanding quotes and sales opportunities
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales targetsMaintaining accurate customer and sales information on internal systems
• Supporting process improvements and contributing to the continued growth of the business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience within an Inside Sales, Telesales, Internal Sales or Account Management position
• A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT and administrative skills, including data entry and managing customer information
• A proactive and results-driven approach to sales
• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
• Previous experience within the aviation or aerospace industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
