Job Description:

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Aortic Endovascular Medical Devices Team in the UK, focusing on the North London area. The role involves driving sales of Gore’s high-quality, innovative Aortic endovascular medical products.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home within most locations in the London area.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing business within the territory, develop new opportunities, and maximize profitable sales by building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during Gore Aortic Interventional procedures, working in operating rooms or vascular labs.
  • Partner with hospital departments and educational centers to deliver training and product presentations, managing your own investment budget.
  • Analyze the market to plan objectives and strategies according to business guidelines.
  • Engage with stakeholders like Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and Purchasing Departments.
  • Attend UK and European congresses and support local sales promotion activities.
  • Be an active and collaborative team member.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Medical Device Sales, preferably with a background in Cardiac, Vascular Interventional, or Orthopaedics, with a degree in a science, technical, or clinical discipline.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent at building relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about medical device sales.
  • Team player with consultative skills and the ability to prioritize and drive business success.
  • Willing to travel across the UK as needed (up to 90%).
