About the Role: We are seeking a Field Sales Representative (f/m/d) to join our General Medical Products team. Your main responsibility will be to sell and promote our high-quality, innovative General Surgery medical device products, including GORE BIO-A Tissue Reinforcement, GORE SYNECOR Intraperitoneal Biomaterial, and GORE SEAMGUARD Bioabsorbable Staple Line Reinforcement products.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from a home office in the South East/London metropolitan area.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maximize sales and market penetration by managing existing accounts and pursuing new customers and opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and physicians.
  3. Coordinate and execute local sales promotion activities.
  4. Establish recognition as a product expert and go-to person at Gore.
  5. Attend international and regional trade fairs and congresses.
  6. Collaborate closely with the UK Sales Leader, Regional Product Specialists, and Regional Strategic Marketers to meet revenue goals.
  7. Support new product launches and local marketing initiatives.
  8. Provide clinical product education and training, including involvement in the Operating Room.
  9. Utilize knowledge of business fundamentals and hospital organizations to facilitate dealings with hospital administration and purchasing departments.
  10. Contribute to the success of the EMEA GMP business with your market and customer insights, especially in the Complex Hernia and Bariatric markets.

Required Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 years of experience as a medical device Field Sales representative, preferably with a background in medical engineering or clinical settings in the Hernia and Bariatric fields.
  2. Degree in a science, technical, or clinical discipline is preferred.
  3. Passion for clinical sales.
  4. Strong commercial skills for effective presentation and negotiation.
  5. Proactive, self-motivated, and organized.
  6. Ability to analyze markets and plan strategies accordingly.
  7. Flexible work ethic to meet customer needs.
  8. Team player with the ability to collaborate across Europe.
  9. Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and internationally, with easy access to an international airport.
  10. Remote working arrangements are permitted with prior approval and in accordance with Gore’s policies.
