Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a phone-based sales environment.
• Ability to handle quotes, follow up, and process sales orders.
• Full UK driving licence and based within commutable distance to the Haddenham office.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the quote database and follow-ups on quotations.
• Outbound calls to existing customers to check quotes and answer queries.
• Conduct market research by speaking with customers to capture requirements, budgets and future projects.
• Pass qualifying leads and detailed information to the Sales manager and field teams.
