Job summary

Allstaff Recruitment in Bedford is seeking an Internal Sales & Sales Support for a permanent, full-time role. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate national orders through to delivery.

Hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, with a salary of £30,000 - £32,000. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales support, strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and upselling

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration, account management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails and sales enquiries promptly and professionally
• Prepare accurate quotations
• Coordinate national orders, checking details and monitoring progress through to delivery
• Keep customers informed and resolve queries
• Build strong relationships
• Make proactive customer calls and identify relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities
