Allstaff Recruitment is seeking an Internal Sales & Sales Support based in Bedford. The role is full-time and permanent with hours Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, salary £30,000–£32,000.

Based in Bedford, the position focuses on responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating national orders to ensure on-time delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or internal sales, excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to learning

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration, account management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails and sales enquiries promptly and professionally
• Prepare accurate quotations
• Coordinate national orders, checking details and monitoring progress through to delivery
