Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is looking for an Internal Sales Support in Edenbridge, Kent, offering a temporary role up to £30,000. The role involves handling enquiries, quotations, and order tracking in a busy, team-oriented environment where reliability and a helpful attitude matter.

You will build relationships with a set portfolio of customers, receive full training on internal systems, and work with MS Excel, ERP/CRM tools, and planning teams to keep delivery schedules on track.

Qualifications

• B2B customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Confident communicator, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• IT literate, including MS Excel, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Experience with an ERP or CRM system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing and responding to incoming customer enquiries in line with company procedures.
• Preparing quotations for standard products using the internal pricing system.
• Liaising with the planning team to confirm and maintain delivery schedules.
• Keeping customers updated on any changes to their orders.
• Logging customer feedback and handling incoming calls professionally.
