Job summary

Transcomm Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales - Telesales professional in Aston Clinton. The first three months involve sales support, learning pricing, and preparing quotes. Thereafter you will actively sell freight forwarding and transport services, with a mix of inbound/outbound activity and data entry tasks.

The role offers a basic salary of £25k–£27k with uncapped monthly commission. You will be generating and following up leads, while managing customer communications and tender

Qualifications

• Telesales experience within a fast-paced office environment or account management experience.
• Generating leads, cold calling and closing deals.
• Excellent telephone manner and experience of taking inbound and making outbound calls.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell freight forwarding and transport services, including same day, next day parcel and pallet deliveries.
• Take bookings, handle inbound emails, send emails and input data accurately.
• Generate your own sales leads with provided leads and manage outbound calls.
• Close deals and follow up on quotations to maintain customer contact.
