Job summary

Transcomm Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Inside Sales - Telesales professional in Aston Clinton. The first three months will see you as sales support, learning the business, pricing, quotes, and processes before you begin selling. If ready sooner you can progress earlier.

You'll generate your own leads, take inbound enquiries, make outbound calls, and close deals for freight forwarding and transport services. A realistic basic salary of £25k-£27k with uncapped monthly commission awaits.

Qualifications

• Telesales experience within a fast-paced office environment or account management experience.
• Generating leads, cold calling and closing deals.
• Excellent telephone manner & experience taking inbound and making outbound calls.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers via phone and email, and following up on quotations.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients to build relationships.
• Assist in preparation of sales tenders or marketing documentation for clients.
• Input accurate data onto the system and manage bookings as required.
