As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and supporting the wider sales function. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, customer–focused individual with experience in logistics or freight forwarding who is looking to build their career within a dynamic and fast‑growing organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and targeted prospecting
  • Qualify opportunities and book appointments for the external sales team
  • Prepare quotations, rate proposals, and service information tailored to customer requirements
  • Follow up on all sales enquiries to maximise conversion rates
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Support the sales team with market research, pipeline updates, and CRM administration
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and contribute to overall revenue growth
