Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will support regional sales activities, monitor customer buying patterns, maintain stock levels, assist customers technically, support marketing initiatives, and liaise across departments.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate orders, queries, and complaints to ensure high customer service standards.
  • Proactively contact customers to grow the business and support sales targets.
  • Assist management with merchant requests and reporting, including EDI and CMI.
  • Ensure sales desk and phone lines are covered during office hours.
  • Process orders and support various projects.

Who are you?

Experience in inside sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, team-oriented, educated to at least A Level standard.

What competencies will you need?

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented, team player, good social skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
