Job summary

S&P Dow Jones Indices in London seeks a Sales Associate to support the full sales cycle, manage client interactions, and identify new opportunities. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on client service, managing sales support processes and client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Client Services teams to drive customer satisfaction and adoption by handling inquiries, licensing checks, billing, renewals and usage statistics.
• Support the management of sales deals including data, IP, and custom opportunities, and coordinate with legal teams on agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM systems for analysis and reporting.
• Assist in day-to-day management of the regional client portfolio and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in presales meetings to align solutions with client requirements and communicate offerings clearly.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product Management, Data Product Management, and Legal to ensure seamless sales operations.
