Job summary

S&P Global Dow Jones Indices seeks a Senior Associate in Client Coverage in London to license index data and intellectual property, build relationships with Investment Bank clients, and expand the commercial footprint across Europe. You will contribute to revenue growth by understanding client needs and coordinating with product, legal, and R&D teams to structure workable licensing solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in commercial roles within financial services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and contract structuring capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate with product, legal and R&D teams.
• Experience with equity and fixed income markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new business plan for clients.
• Learn our data packages and how clients access data.
• Prioritize opportunities to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Expand the commercial footprint with existing clients and new licenses.
• Assist in license negotiations for IP opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal, product, and R&D to deliver value.
• Maintain CRM and document customer interactions.
• Brief leaders on licensing activity and competitive landscape.
• Work from the office at least 2 days per week.
