Job summary

Breedon Group plc is seeking an Internal Salesperson to join the Customer Service and Distribution team at the Treforest Office. You will handle inbound enquiries, provide essential sales admin support to Territory Sales Managers, and assist with pricing, chasing, and winning orders.

You will work closely with the distribution and shipping teams to manage customer orders, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent service while representing the Breedon brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound sales or customer service.
• Ability to price quotations and manage records accurately.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries with professionalism.
• Record and maintain all customer enquiries in relevant systems.
• Prepare and price quotations within agreed commercial parameters.
• Process customer orders and issue order acknowledgements promptly.
• Collaborate with Distribution and Shipping teams to manage orders.
• Produce weekly sales reports for the Commercial Manager.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Investigate invoice queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Log and assist in resolving customer complaints with production teams.
• Support other departments to achieve business objectives.
