Job summary

Breedon Group in Treforest is seeking a proactive Distribution Co-Ordinator to join the Asphalt & Aggregates team. In this permanent full‑time role you will ensure customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries coordinated efficiently, and customers receive excellent service from enquiry through to delivery.

You will work closely with planning, production, commercial and haulage teams to deliver the right product at the right time, maintain records in the Excalibur system, and support

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer enquiries and process orders accurately.
• Coordinate and track deliveries while keeping customers informed of progress and delays.
• Work collaboratively with the Planning Team to schedule and reschedule orders effectively.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and update orders within the Excalibur system.
• Process cash sales and ensure payment records are accurate.
• Liaise with commercial, production and haulage teams to ensure successful order fulfilment.
• Support colleagues and provide administrative assistance as required.
