Breedon Group plc is seeking an Internal Sales Agent to support the Customer Service and Distribution team from the Treforest Office. You will handle inbound enquiries, assist Territory Sales Managers with pricing, and drive orders while delivering excellent service.

You’ll work closely with distribution and shipping to manage customer orders, maintain records, and provide timely quotations. This role suits sales-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and aim to grow

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and excellent communication.
• Ability to price quotations accurately.
• Experience recording enquiries in systems.
• Ability to manage orders and follow up opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls promptly and professionally, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Accurately record and maintain all customer enquiries within the relevant systems.
• Prepare and price quotations accurately and within agreed commercial parameters, ensuring all customer contact details are captured.
• Process customer orders and issue order acknowledgements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage and track enquiries through to conclusion, marking won or lost.
• Produce weekly sales reports for the Commercial Manager, including won and lost business, significant enquiries, and other key sales performance indicators.
